Fees

The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on several factors:

  • the location of the tooth or teeth,

  • the nature and complexity of the procedure,

  • re-treatment vs initial root canal treatment.

During your first appointment, we will discuss different treatment options, mutual expectations and provide you with a treatment plan, duration and number of visits. We will review medications if necessary and approximate range of fees. We expect payment at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.

Dental Insurance

At Prime Endodontics, we strongly believe that our patients deserve the best possible treatment available. The treatment we recommend will be based on your individual need, not your insurance coverage. Ultimately, it will be your decision which treatment plan we proceed with. If you have dental insurance benefits we will ensure that you receive every benefit to which you are entitled. The amount a plan pays is determined by how much your employer paid for the plan. You receive only what your employer (and you) put in, less the profits of the insurance company. We will calculate your insurance company payment and then will determine your co-payment. Even though we offer expert assistance to you in filing claims for benefits, the responsibility for payment of services rendered will always remain yours.

Payment Policy

Payment is expected at the time of treatment. For treatment requiring two appointments, half the fee will be collected during the first appointment and the remainder during the second visit.

Minors - Patients under the age of 18

A legal guardian must accompany the minor to their appointment and be present in the office during the appointment. It’ll be the legal guardian’s responsibility to pay for the procedure at that visit.

Missed Appointments

We usually reserve 1 1/2 to 2 hours for your treatment. Please respect the time that has been allotted to you. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellation without adequate notice makes it difficult for us to meet the needs of other patients.
