Dr. Boryana Stoyanova is a proud native of Bulgaria where she graduated from the Medical University of Plovdiv Dental School with Honors. She continued her dental education in the United States at the University of Pennsylvania where she received her D.M.D in 2010. Then she completed specialization in Endodontics at the I.B. Bender Division of Endodontics within the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, which is regarded as one of the best Endodontic residency programs in the world. Prior to opening her own office, she had the opportunity to practice at several private endodontic offices in the Philadelphia area. Dr. Stoyanova has been recognized for her advanced clinical skills and research in national conferences and has earned an award for case presentation from the Academy of Microscope Enhanced Dentistry. 

Dr. Stoyanova is an active member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Endodontics, Grossman Study Club in Center City, Philadelphia and is a committee member of the Academy of Microscope Enhanced Dentistry. She is board eligible and is in the process of obtaining her board certification with American Board of Endodontics.

Dr. Stoyanova is currently faculty at Abington Memorial Hospital's dental department teaching part-time. She is also faculty at Albert Einstein Medical Center's Maxwell S. Fogel Department of Dental Medicine, where she is teaching in their endodontic clinic.

She is fluent in Bulgarian and English.

Dr. Stoyanova loves spending her free time with her son and her husband. She likes yoga, meditation, cooking and hosting events for her friends and family.

Our staff has been trained on all new ADA and CDC protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of both patients and staff. The following precautions have been implemented:

·         Daily symptom check for employees;

·         Personal Protective Equipment 

·         Physical distancing of patients in the waiting room and check-out areas (in the rare case you see another patient in the practice);

·         Installation of new air filtration units that use medical grade H13 true HAPPA filters in each operatory;

·         Aerosol minimization using a high-speed suction system;

·         Using rubber (dental) dam for all procedures;

·         Frequent and thorough disinfection of all surfaces and high touch areas;

·         Strict adherence to our infection control policies regarding cleaning of operatories after every patient;

·         Removal of all items that could be touched by multiple people in the waiting area;

·         Masks are optional.
